Flash is the best but there are other programs like Toon Boom Studio and others but flash is the best.

I guess Macromedia Flash or Adobe Flash would do. HTF is made by using flash animation.

4 slideshows and stuff, use windows movie maker. just save, download eps, add them 2 windows movie maker, publish on youtube, then ur done!!
